Tracey Soulia MS, RD, CDN, CDE

Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist/ Certified Diabetes Educator in Plattsburgh, NY

I believe that good nutrition can change how you feel and look everyday. The road to better health is a lifestyle change, and that means it has to be something you can live with! I believe that all foods can fit into a healthy diet, and that we should enjoy the food that we eat. I am passionate about good nutrition and also enjoy being active, and helping others be active and healthy as well.

Erin Corral Registered Dietitian

I became a Registered Dietitian in 2001 and have worked in a variety of healthcare settings. Additionally, I have been involved in the fitness industry teaching group fitness classes for over 20 years. I seek to inspire and motivate others to make healthy choices and live an active well balanced lifestyle. My training has provided me with the skills and tools to create individualized programs that will give each one of you the absolute best chance for success.
