 A delicious and healthy snack that kids can make on their own (or with a little help).  Only 4 ingredients, easy to make, and ready to eat in just a few minutes!  These are sure to be a hit with kids - and a fun frozen treat that parents can feel good about feeding them.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 each banana
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter or other nut or seed butter
  • 2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp cereal small pieces or crushed

Instructions
 

Remove banana peel and slice banana

    Spread peanut butter on half of the banana slices

      Place additional slices on top of peanut butter to make banana sandwich

        Push popsicle stick into center of banana slice sandwich

          Crush cereal (place cereal in a ziplock bag - seal bag and roll rolling pin over bag) - place crushed cereal in a bowl

            Roll banana sandwich in yogurt, then spoon cereal onto the the banana sandwich

              Freeze for about 20 minutes
